Two homes on a single plot were designed for siblings, providing each house with distinct, private spaces while maintaining easy connectivity. The layout features separate entrances and functional zones for both residences, with a shared central area comprising a garden, swimming pool, and semi-outdoor reception space. This communal courtyard fosters a sense of togetherness while ensuring privacy, offering greenery and openness that make the homes feel spacious and serene—encouraging shared moments while preserving individuality.
