PN
Residence

1,100 sqm, ฺBangkok, Thailand

Client : Private

Scope : Architecture & Engineering

Progress : Tender Bidding

Located on a 1-rai plot with a usable area of 1,100 square meters, PN Residence is a three-story home designed to maximize functionality while leaving ample space for gardens and driveways. The layout follows a “Double Front” concept, allowing the house to be used from both the front and back sides seamlessly. The architectural form stems from the client's desire for a timeless classic home—one that is not overly ornate yet avoids the starkness of modern minimalism. The design incorporates classical elements such as moldings, bases, and muntin windows but reinterprets them with a modern sensibility. The building’s monochrome palette of white, gray, and black creates a striking contrast with the surrounding landscape. The front façade features a spacious drop-off area with a central marble fountain, carefully proportioned to provide both functional turning space and a pleasing perspective of the house from the entrance gate. At the back, a private garden and swimming pool offer a serene retreat, shaded for optimal comfort throughout the day. Inside, a dramatic spiral staircase in a clean white tone becomes the centerpiece of the home. Its sweeping form is accentuated by a large north-facing window that fills the space with soft, indirect light throughout the day while keeping it cool and comfortable. This design not only highlights the elegance of the home but also reflects the client’s desire for a residence that balances timeless sophistication with everyday functionality—creating a space that feels warm, inviting, and perfectly attuned to modern living.
